Shipping problems to UK
Because of closed eurotunnel between France and UK there is possible problems with shipping to UK. Most of couriers are not shipping to UK. Also Poland Post has closed shipping to UK.
New shipment methods
We have added new shipment methods.
As Poland Post has long periods for shipping packages and is unreliable (shipping can take above 30 days, parcels are uninsured, you are responsible for complaint when package is lost abroad Poland) we have added possibility to choose courier service. If you choose courier service we will arrange courier service for you with fastest possible transport.
In Poland we have added possibility to choose package locker (Inpost).
If you are from the EU, you can choose a courier service while ordering. If you are from outside the EU and you want goods shipped by courier service, please contact us before ordering.
Post service packages delays
As a result of COVID-19, post has long delays in parcel delivery. Please be patient and track your package by tracking number with your local post office. You can put complaint on Post service. If you need authorization for putting complaint on your parcel – Please contact us we will authorize you. We can’t successfully put complaint on Post services abroad Poland. You can also try to monitor your package on https://www.17track.net/en
