General rules of using OwlShop online shop
The online shop may be used only by persons who are at least at the age of majority in your state of residence.
Anyone who registers and shops in the online shop gives their personal data and agrees to their processing by us on the terms as defined in our Privacy Policy .
Order placement
Orders are accepted through http://shop.binowl.com/.
The website includes information about the features of the products and their prices. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products available on this store.
While ordering a product, the Customer selects it in a manner specific for that product, defining specific information and the quantity of the ordered products where it is applicable.
How to buy in the online shop – a detailed guide
Once the Customer chooses a product, the “Add to basket” or “Select options” button should be clicked.
If “Select options” have been clicked Customer is able to choose options specific for that product.
The product is moved to basket that becomes visible after clicking the basket icon in the upper right corner of the site. The Customer can go to basket by clicking the “Show basket” or “Checkout” button, which activates a page displaying all the products in basket.
Selecting the “Checkout” option will launch a page where the Customer should enter data required for the transaction and shipment of the ordered products.
After logging in to the online shop, the Customer gains access to additional options in the Customer panel, such as: order history, a possibility to view the status of the most recent order or saving addresses.
The Customer may choose direct bank transfer, online payment with Przelewy24 and card payment through Stripe.
The Client places the order by clicking the “Place order” button.
If online payment is chosen as the payment method (card payment, Przelewy24), the payment must be made immediately after the order was placed. If we do not receive the payment, the order is considered to have been placed incorrectly, which means that there is no contract and the order will not be processed.
At any stage of the order placement, until the payment is made, the Customer can cancel the order by discontinuing the ordering process and leaving the ordering website. An order the placement of which has not been completed will not be processed.
Promptly after an order is placed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail to the address they have specified in the login details. The e-mail will include information about ordered products, Customer data and order number.
We can contact the Customer at the e-mail address to clarify any doubt, confirm the order placement or in any other matters connected with order processing.
Prices
The prices in the online shop stated in Euros or Zlotys (regarding to Customer choice) are gross prices, inclusive of the VAT.
The price of the product is increased by the shipping cost, which depends on the shipping address. Shipping with Poland Post is free of charge.
The price specified on the site at the moment of placing the order is the final price, binding both upon the Customer and BinOwl IT Solutions. Once the order is placed, the price will not change.
BinOwl IT Solutions reserves the right to change the prices of the products available in the online shop, launch new products, cancel products, launch and cancel special offers on the shop’s websites or change them in line with the Civil Code of Poland and other applicable laws.
We are not be liable if the Customer provides incorrect data for invoice/proof of purchase or shipping address.
Accuracy information
If a product is out of stock or the order cannot be processed for any other reason, the Customer will be notified via e-mail about any order processing issues and possible solutions.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes on this site.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products without notice at any time.

Shipping method and order lead time
If the Customer uses an online payment method (Stripe/Przelewy24), the order processing commences after our account is confirmed to have been credited (through Stripe/Przelewy24).
If the Customer uses direct bank transfer method, the order processing commences after funds have cleared in our account.
If the selected products are available, and the Customer has chosen shipment to a specified address, the 5-7 working days following successful order placement. The shipping time can be longer during special offers.
Orders are delivered by a courier service chosen by us or Poland Post service. Type of shipping can be chosen while ordering. In case of Poland Post service we are not responsible for package lost abroad Poland. Please contact your local post office/post service for any complaints. If the package has not left the territory of Poland, please contact us. If package has left territory of Poland we are not responsible for package lost. We will authorize you to put complaint on your post service. Tracking is available for Post packages.
Complaints
Any product bought in our online shop can be complained about under the applicable statutory warranty provisions of the EU Directive on the liability for defective products, if a defect was found in the product within two years of its acquisition by the Customer, where the defect makes the product inconsistent with the contract.
A complaint can be filed by post or e-mail (at bugs@binowl.com).
Complaints submitted by post or e-mail must specify the causes of the complaint and the information required to identify the order.
We shall examine the complaint within 21 days and shall inform the Customer about the outcome.
Customers are obligated to send complaint informations before submitting product.
Contract
The information available on this site does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you our products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wigierska 54, 80-180 Gdańsk, POLAND.
Returns
The Customer has the right to return product within 14 days without cause.
The right to return product expires 14 days of the day on which the Customer came into possession of the products or a third party specified by the Customer and other than the carrier came into possession of the product.
To return product, the Customer must submit a clear notice to us using e-mail contact@binowl.com.
The refund shall be made using the same payment channel as was used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer has explicitly agreed to another solution or refund by the same payment channel is impossible.
Refund will be done in 5-7 working days(from monday to friday) after we receive the product back.
The Customer will be liable for diminished value of the product resulting from its being used.
Returned product must not have any signs of use, wear, fitting or disassembling. Refund is without shipping costs.
Personal information
The Customer’s consent to our processing of personal information is voluntary but failure to grant the consent to the personal information processing makes it impossible to register and shop in the online shop. Any information about personal data processing is available in the Privacy Policy.
